This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for purchases of a VeraVox licence. It should be read together with our Terms of Sale and End User License Agreement.
A fully functional 30-day free trial of VeraVox is available before any purchase, so you can evaluate the Software completely before you buy. For this reason, all sales of Licence Keys are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law or is granted at the discretion of Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your mandatory rights as a consumer. In particular, this policy does not affect:
Where a refund is due to you by law, for example because the digital content is not in conformity with the contract and cannot be brought into conformity, that refund will be provided as required by law.
Because Lemon Squeezy (the trading name of Sold Through Link, LLC) is the Merchant of Record and seller of record for every purchase, any refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy. In addition to refunds required by law, Lemon Squeezy may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within 60 days of purchase, for example to prevent a chargeback.
If you experience a problem with VeraVox or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at support@veravox.audio with your order details, including the order reference and the email address used at checkout. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include fixing a problem or arranging a refund together with Lemon Squeezy where appropriate.
Billing and refund matters can also be handled directly through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or the link in your receipt email.
Please contact support@veravox.audio before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback can take longer to resolve and may result in your Licence Key being deactivated. In most cases we, together with Lemon Squeezy, can resolve a billing issue faster and more simply by email.
